These terms apply to this website. Any work Conroe Drywall carries out for you is governed by the written estimate and agreement for that job, not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed estimate is what counts.
Every figure on this site is an estimate
This is the most important thing on this page. Cost ranges published anywhere on this site — in guides, on service pages, in tables — are typical industry bands collected from competitor pricing and from published national cost references. They are not our prices, they are not a quote, and they are not an offer. Nothing on this website creates a binding price.
A figure you can hold us to comes from someone standing in the room. Where a job lands inside a published band depends on what caused the damage, how much sound board has to come out with it, the finish level the room needs, and what is found once a wall is opened. That is why we quote after looking rather than over the phone.
Guides are general information
The guides on this site describe how this trade generally works in this region. They are written to be useful before you call anybody, including us. They are not an inspection of your property and they cannot diagnose it. Where a guide touches on something outside drywall work — foundation movement, roofing, plumbing, or asbestos in a pre-1980 ceiling — it says so and points you at the right trade rather than guessing.
Nothing on this site is legal, structural engineering, medical or code-compliance advice. Building requirements differ between the City of Conroe, the other municipalities we work in, and unincorporated county areas, and they change. Confirm anything that matters with the authority having jurisdiction.
