This policy describes what happens to information you send to Conroe Drywall through this website. It describes this website only. If you call us, that conversation is not governed by anything on this page.
What we collect, and only when you send it
This site has no account system, no login and no newsletter. The only way it collects anything is the estimate form, and only if you choose to fill it in. That form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city, roughly when the property was built, what you need, and anything else you decide to tell us. Of those, the name, phone, city and project fields are required; the rest are optional.
We ask for the approximate build decade because it changes the job rather than because it is useful to us commercially. A ceiling in a property built before 1980 has to be tested for asbestos before anything is scraped, and knowing that in advance is the difference between a scheduled test and a stopped job.
Where the form goes
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which forwards the contents to our email address at info@conroedrywall.com. Your submission passes through their systems in order to reach us, and their handling of it is governed by their own terms. We do not operate a database of enquiries on this website — there is no server here to hold one, because every page is a static file.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site sets no cookies. It loads no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no heatmap, no chat widget and no social tracking script. There is exactly one piece of JavaScript on the whole site and its only job is to submit the estimate form without making you leave the page.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses and request times. That is ordinary infrastructure logging rather than something we read or analyse.
How long we keep what you send
Enquiry emails stay in our mailbox so we have a record of what was discussed and quoted. If you would like yours deleted, email info@conroedrywall.com and ask — you do not need to give a reason.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the form service described above that is required to deliver it. We do not sell enquiry data, we do not trade it, and we do not pass it to lead brokers or to other contractors.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and managers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Asking us about your information
Email info@conroedrywall.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Texas residents and visitors from other jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights; we will honour a request whether or not a statute requires it, because the answer is the same either way.
Changes
If this site adds anything that changes the answers above — analytics, advertising, a booking tool — this page is updated in the same change. The date at the top is what to check.
